Why I created it

Truth is, I've been able to create trajectory-changing growth from well-run design sprints. So have many others.

But not initially. My first 10-15 sprints were messy.

I got stuck a bunch. Other times, my sprints completely flopped.

Back then, I would have killed for a resource like this guide.

So like any good product person, I scratched my own itch.Ā I created a solution that solved my problem.

But I didn't make the guide publicly available right away.

For a while, it was restricted to corporate teams that paid me (New Haircut) 5 figures to train them.

(If you'd rather that, go for it)

I wanted to make sure people liked and used it.

That the guide could stand on its own, without having me there to talk you through it.

That's why earlier this year, I gave it away to roughly 100 product leaders and customers.

I received LOTS of great feedback.

I also received suggested additions and edits, which I've since incorporated.

Now finally, 7 years worth of learning and iterating is available to you.
